Aerospace engineering specialist PACE has turned and milled high performance aviation grade components for more than 31 years.

From our dedicated facilities located at Braintree in the southeast of the UK we supply precision components to some of the world’s leading aircraft equipment manufacturers.

Today PACE components can be found in the actuators, filter systems, motors, generators and engines flying on many of the world’s most advanced commercial airliners and fixed and rotary wing military aircraft.

We have the technical expertise and machines to manufacture most ‘made to print’ specialist parts or simple assemblies and a comprehensive range of standard aviation grade components.

Our range of CNC machines gives us the capability to handle most manufacturing processes, from simple turning to complex 5-axis milling, in all aerospace grade metals and plastics. Those finishing processes we do not conduct in-house – plating, heat treatments and non-destructive testing (NDT) – we sub-contact to approved suppliers.

Our flexibly agile ‘can do’ approach is what our customers tell us sets PACE apart from other manufacturers. Our focus on the careful management of manufacturing processes and stock control enables us offer our customers the ability to choose the method of component supply that best fits with their manufacturing processes – be it kitting, kanban, consignment stock or direct line feed.
