Quality is a key fundamental to the continued success of PACE and one way that this is achieved is by having loyal, experience staff.

On average, employees at the company have been working for ten or more years, showing knowledge and understanding of the products we manufacture.

We are currently undertaking Business Improvement Techniques (BIT) training. This is a 12 month training programming and is aimed at upskilling production teams with new methods and thinking about being able to work more efficiently and effectively on the shop floor.
